About Us

01 / Our company

Established in 2016, Foshan Guantian Aluminum Co., Ltd. manufactures aluminum profiles for architectural and industrial applications. Our current production base is in Leping Town, Sanshui District, Foshan, Guangdong, China. We support customers from drawing review and die development through extrusion, surface finishing and delivery.

Guantian combines profile development, manufacturing, sales and technical support. Our Sanshui factory handles extrusion, powder coating, wood-grain transfer, cut-to-length sawing and punching. Specialist partners provide die manufacturing, selected surface finishes and more complex fabrication. We supply standard and custom profiles for window and door systems, curtain walls, architectural decoration and industrial products. Our sales, engineering, production and quality teams coordinate project requirements, sample approvals and delivery arrangements for each order.

Guantian Aluminum & Guantian Xinmei

Guantian Xinmei is a product brand of Guantian Aluminum. Both names appear in our catalogs, business communications and marketing materials and refer to the same production and service organization.

2016
Established in Sanshui
Guantian Aluminum was founded and began production in Sanshui District, Foshan, manufacturing architectural and custom aluminum profiles.
2019
Expanded production facilities
Three additional extrusion lines and supporting surface-finishing facilities increased the factory's production and delivery capacity.
2024
Expanded industrial and export services
Guantian expanded its export business and fabrication services for industrial profiles, coordinating custom tooling, partner machining and component supply.
2026
New Sihui base in development
Guantian acquired industrial land in Sihui, Zhaoqing, for a new production base. Preparations for larger-tonnage extrusion equipment are underway, with production expected to begin in 2027.

Company Leadership

Mr. Yi

Chairman

With 20 years in the aluminum profile industry, Mr. Yi leads company strategy, capacity planning and key sourcing decisions, including operations at the Sanshui base and development of the new high-tonnage extrusion lines in Sihui. He is directly involved in commercial decisions and cross-department coordination for major projects and long-term overseas partnerships, addressing production priorities, dedicated capacity and continuity of supply.

Engineering

Mr. Ye

Head of Engineering

With 9 years of experience in aluminum extrusion dies and process development, Mr. Ye reviews customer drawings, optimizes profile sections and prepares die drawings and plans for surface finishing and fabrication. He participates in die development and extrusion trials, using customer-supplied hardware, gaskets and sliders to check assembly clearances and coating allowances. His work focuses on complex profile sections and component fit.

Sales

Mr. Su

Head of Sales

With 11 years of experience in aluminum sales and project management, Mr. Su is the main point of contact for domestic and overseas customers. He receives drawings and samples and coordinates engineering input, quotations, sample shipments and order follow-up. When drawings, colors or delivery requirements change, he arranges an internal review and communicates the proposed solution and confirmed shipping schedule.

Production

Mr. Zhang

Head of Production

With 20 years of shop-floor production management experience in aluminum processing, Mr. Zhang coordinates scheduling across seven extrusion lines, two powder-coating and wood-grain finishing lines, thermal-break assembly and precision cutting, as well as outsourced fabrication. He oversees equipment scheduling and process handovers during batch production, working with sales, engineering and quality control to resolve scheduling conflicts across multiple colors, process deviations and delivery issues.

Quality Control

Ms. Luo

Head of Quality Control

With 8 years of experience in aluminum product quality management, Ms. Luo oversees incoming billet inspection, initial trial samples, extrusion hardness and dimensions, coating thickness and color consistency, and finished-product packaging, together with retained samples and inspection records. She checks sample approval and final shipment release using GO/NO-GO gauges, thickness gauges and customer-supplied components. Nonconforming products are isolated for rework and reinspection.

Finance

Ms. He

Head of Finance

With 9 years of experience in manufacturing finance and settlement, Ms. He verifies payments for tooling, order deposits and final balances, and manages contract accounting and supplier settlement. Before production scheduling and packing, she works with sales to confirm receipt of funds, prepare commercial documents and complete shipment-release procedures, helping orders and collections proceed smoothly.

Project coordination

Managing project changes.

Your account manager coordinates any requested changes to drawings, colors, quantities or delivery requirements. Engineering reviews tooling and process feasibility, while production planning checks work in progress and the revised schedule. Once the department leads agree on an approach, your account manager confirms the changes and updated delivery schedule with you.

Environmental practices

Practical measures. Part of daily production.

At our Sanshui manufacturing facility, environmental management is part of daily production. We separate aluminum scrap by alloy and material condition, recover suitable powder overspray, circulate cooling water in a closed loop and treat powder-coating pretreatment wastewater on site. Energy management combines coordinated production scheduling, furnace maintenance and controls for hydraulic and compressed-air systems. Anodizing and electrophoretic coating are handled by specialist partners subject to supplier reviews. Our new Sihui facility is expected to begin production in 2027; rooftop solar and future ISO 14001 certification remain under evaluation.

Supply partners

We source hardware, glazing, gaskets and coatings through our long-term supplier network.

Through Foshan's aluminum-processing and window-component supply network, Guantian works with long-term suppliers of hardware, sealing gaskets, PA66 thermal-break strips and branded powder coatings. During project development, we obtain component samples and color panels to help customers compare options, check groove compatibility and coordinate purchasing. This helps reduce the time needed to source components and approve samples across multiple suppliers.

Send profile drawings in advance, or bring samples and matching hardware or gaskets, so we can arrange for the appropriate engineers to join the discussion. Your account manager will guide you through the showroom, die storage, extrusion workshop, powder-coating and wood-grain lines, and inspection and packing areas. We then meet to review drawings, compare samples and discuss the profiles and components required for your project.
