Custom aluminum profiles, from drawing review and tooling to extrusion, surface finishing and secondary fabrication. Our Foshan factory operates seven extrusion lines and two powder-coating lines, supported by specialist partners for selected processes.
Cut-to-length sawing and standard punching in-house, with drilling, tapping, CNC machining and other operations coordinated through specialist partners.
We supply full lengths, cut profiles or finished parts, with machining tolerances confirmed against the approved drawing.
6063: T5 / T6. 6061: T4 / T5 / T6. 6005 and 6082: T5 / T6, subject to alloy-specific order minimums and engineering review.
Profile dimensions & tolerances
Typical wall thickness: 0.8–15.0 mm. Standard delivery length: 3,000–6,000 mm. Cross-section dimensions, thin walls and extended lengths are assessed together.
Surface finishing
Powder coating and wood-grain transfer: up to 6,500 mm. Anodizing and electrophoretic coating through specialist partners: up to 6,000 mm. Section geometry and fixturing are also reviewed.
Secondary fabrication
Cut lengths: 20–6,000 mm, with a typical cutting tolerance of ±0.5 mm. Hole and CNC tolerances depend on the operation and approved drawing.
Inspection & records
Inspection covers dimensions, wall thickness, hardness, film thickness, color and appearance, with first-piece approval and in-process checks every 1–2 hours.

What to share with us
Send your drawing or sample, application, alloy and temper, finish, cut length and estimated quantity. Mark critical dimensions, mating features and any special inspection requirements.
Before production, we agree on the drawing revision, production limits, minimum order weight, die charges, sample approval, schedule, inspection criteria and packaging.
With 9 years of experience in aluminum extrusion dies and process development, Mr. Ye reviews customer drawings, optimizes profile sections and prepares die drawings and plans for surface finishing and fabrication. He participates in die development and extrusion trials, using customer-supplied hardware, gaskets and sliders to check assembly clearances and coating allowances. His work focuses on complex profile sections and component fit.
